About me

I am an INFP, which stands for introvert, intuitive, feeler, and perceiver. Many great authors like J.R.R. Tolkien and George Orwell were INFPs. However, being an INFP can make it difficult to get things done. That's one reason I started this blog.

I recently discovered that I have inattentive ADHD, which makes focusing even harder. This website's theme, "Lead Through Limits," reflects my own challenges with productivity.

They say a coach's first client is themselves, and I believe that. Coaching has helped me recognize my patterns, see how I show up, and make better choices. This is what I want for my clients.

Coaching provides numerous benefits, such as:

  • Clarity: Helping you define your goals and create a clear plan to achieve them.
  • Support: Offering guidance and encouragement during challenging times.
  • Accountability: Keeping you on track and motivated to follow through with your plans.
  • Growth: Helping you develop new skills, overcome obstacles, and reach your full potential.
  • Perspective: Offering fresh insights and different viewpoints to help you see situations in new ways.

I have over 100 hours of coaching experience, an ACC certification, and extensive knowledge in leadership development. I believe people are capable of growth and adapting to today's complex world. My goal is to help clients find their blind spots, overcome limits, and lead with confidence.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
